Power

A vinyasa style yoga class that works to build heat in the body at a quicker pace than other styles of vinyasa yoga. This class is meant to help actively stretch and strengthen all of the major muscle groups for a full-body, light sweat, session.

Slow Flow

A vinyasa style yoga class that emphasizes linking breath to movement in order to increase bodily awareness (proprioception), go deeper into stretching the major muscle groups, and finish with a feel-good sensation in the mind and body. This class is a beautiful blend of active and passive stretches.

Restorative

A more slow-paced gentle yoga class that focuses on passive stretches to find relaxing, meditative, and restful states through each yoga pose. This class allows the body the time and space needed to release tension, while improving flexibility and mobility. (This form of yoga has also been known to help decrease symptoms of chronic pain, speed up the injury healing process, and ease the nervous system when practiced safely and effectively.)
